By uploading assets, you guarantee you possess the legal rights to use them.

1. Limitation of Liability PetaQR provides code generation tools "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that scanning devices will read your customized codes with 100% accuracy, as legibility depends on your chosen colors, sizing, contrast, and physical print quality. We are not liable for any financial losses, print costs, or broken links resulting from the use or malfunction of our codes. Modifications to Service and Terms We reserve the right to tweak our features, update pricing tiers, or modify these Terms at any time to reflect tech updates or legal changes. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the new Terms.
2. Google User Data Policy & Disclosure This section explains how PetaQR handles your Google user data when you choose to connect your Google Account to our platform (for example, via Google Sign-In or Google Drive integrations). 1. Data Accessed When you authenticate using your Google Account, PetaQR accesses and collects only the minimum necessary information required to provide our services: • Basic Profile Information: Your name, email address, profile picture, and unique Google identifier. • Authorized Files: If you use our dynamic QR/barcode bulk generation tools via Google Sheets, we request explicit, restricted access only to the specific spreadsheets you select. 2. Data Usage We process your Google user data strictly to deliver and improve our core features. This includes: • Account Creation & Authentication: Using your Google profile to securely log you into your PetaQR dashboard without needing a separate password. • Core Functionality: Reading data fields from your authorized Google Sheets to automate the high-speed bulk generation of QR codes and barcodes. • Customer Communication: Sending vital account updates, system alerts, or responding to support tickets initiated by your email. We do not use your Google user data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated commercial purposes.
3. Data Sharing PetaQR does not sell, rent, or trade your Google user data. We only share this data with trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting and security infrastructure) under strict confidentiality agreements, solely to maintain our platform's operations. We will never share your Google data with external ad networks, data brokers, or independent third parties unless legally required by law. Data Storage & Protection Your data privacy is our top priority. All Google user data handled by PetaQR is protected using industry-standard security measures: • Encryption: Data is encrypted both in transit (using HTTPS/TLS protocols) and at rest on our secure servers. • Restricted Access: Access to user data is limited strictly to authorized automated systems and personnel required to maintain the integration. • Secure Tokens: We securely store OAuth access tokens provided by Google to manage your integrations without ever seeing or storing your actual Google account password. Data Retention & Deletion We only keep your Google user data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with our generation tools. • User-Driven Deletion: You can disconnect PetaQR from your Google Account at any time through your Google Security Settings. • Account Erasure: You can permanently delete your PetaQR account and all associated data directly from your dashboard profile settings, or by emailing a formal request to contact@petaqr.com. Upon request, all your stored Google profile data and active integration tokens will be wiped completely from our databases within 7 business days.
